We do not sell or share your personal information

Merchie does not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold or shared personal information of any category.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information — even though we don't currently sell or share.

Your other privacy rights

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas residents (and residents of jurisdictions with comparable laws) have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit our use of their personal information.

We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days; complex requests may take up to 90 days with notice.

Sensitive personal information

California residents have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information ("SPI"). Merchie's normal operation does not collect SPI as defined under CPRA. Where any specific feature would collect SPI, we limit use to what's strictly necessary to provide the requested service (booking an appointment, redeeming a reward) and do not use it for any other purpose. To submit a Limit Use of Sensitive PI request, email herrisellc@gmail.com.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and verify your identity directly with us before processing.

For the full description of how Merchie collects, uses, and shares personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
